oneSOURCE is currently looking for a Senior PHP/Laravel Developer

Salary Range: $75K – $105K

What You’ll Do:

Working from home, you will –

  • Act as a lead developer responsible for maintaining, improving and enhancing web-based applications responsible for employee facing document creation and management and customer facing document search and management.

  • Responsible for aspects of application development outside of main codebase: database modeling, query optimization, setting up efficient logging and monitoring solutions, etc.

  • Review code submitted by outside contractors to ensure quality product is being delivered.

  • Design and create APIs using a REST architecture and SOAP protocol for use by 3rd parties to receive and transmit data.

  • Staying up-to-date on the latest development technologies and methodologies.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of solid, real-world experience building production-quality web applications.

  • Strong application architecture skills, especially with high traffic websites.

  • Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery & CSS

  • Experience delivering high-quality web applications using Laravel (4+ years)

  • Experience with MySQL database design and management (5+ years)

  • Experience with working with AWS

  • Experience and comfort with working in an Agile, iterative software development environment.

  • Experience implementing 3rdparty SOAP and REST APIs

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with OctoberCMS (2+ years)

  • Experience with Elasticsearch

  • Experience with PHPUnit or similar unity/feature testing framework.

  • Experience with software development within the medical industry is a plus.

Required Education

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
